Originally from New Zealand, Mark brings 30 years
of expertise in the construction industry to projects
that he personally manages. Mark is a qualified
and effective project manager with extensive experience
supervising hundreds of skilled tradesmen in numerous
high-end residential construction projects—projects
that completed on time, within budget and consistently
met quality standards. |

Kevin Kaulbars, Vice
President
Kevin has 20 years experience in the tree and landscape
business. He is credited with the startup and growth
of a lawn care business that was purchased by a
national company and produced over three million
in revenue at the time of acquisition. Key to his
success is Kevin’s vast knowledge of tropical
vegetation, combined with an ability to manage and
coordinate a diverse workforce providing everything
from landscape design to yard maintenance. |

". . . My first experience working with
Quigley’s was approximately one year ago.
I found myself in a difficult situation. Having
been abandoned by another contractor, I was left
with a home renovation project 75% complete, 60%
over budget, months behind schedule and with a
tenant waiting to move in. I initially contacted
Quigley’s for a complete sod, irrigation,
and landscaping bid. By that afternoon I had met
with Kevin, and I had a very competitive bid for
the work. They began working the next day and
the project was completed by the end of the week.
I was so impressed by the quality of the work
and execution, I then contracted Quigley’s
to finish the renovation project. They were able
to quickly get the necessary permits, correct
the problems, and complete the project, paying
attention to the economic restraints imposed.

renovations and repairs at four other investment
